Passive: Sigil of Elements
Rynn switches her elemental form whenever she uses an ability. Based on her form, she gains a bonus passive effect. Additionally, Rynn's abilities gain bonus effects based on the form she is currently in when she casts them.
Frost: Rynn recovers 15% of all damage dealt as mana. Every 150 mana recovered permanently increases her armor by 1, up to a cap of 50.
Flame: Rynn penetrates 5/8/11/14% (increasing at levels 6,11,16) of magic resistance. Rynn additionally gains 6% movement speed decaying over 2 seconds after successfully hitting an enemy champion with an ability, stacking up to 3 times.
Air: Rynn gains 20% tenacity that also applies to knockups and displacements. Every crowd control effect weakened by this ability grants Rynn 0.5 magic resist, capping at 50.
Spirit: Rynn's vision radius is increased by 25%. The cooldown of vision trinkets is reduced by 25%.
Q: Glacial Assault
Rynn conjures a ball of frost that slowly travels to the target enemy, dealing 70/120/170/220/270 (+70% AP) magic damage to the enemy and 35/60/85/110/135 (+35% AP) magic damage to enemies in a small area around them. Activates Frost passive form.
Flame Bonus Effect: Ball of frost travels 30% faster. Air Bonus Effect: Conjure channel time reduced from 0.25 seconds to 0.1 second. Spirit Bonus Effect: Splash radius is doubled.

W: Flare
Rynn projects a searing projectile that quickly travels in a line. Enemies hit take 40/65/90/115/140 (+45% AP) magic damage instantly and then 30/45/60/75/90 (+20% AP) magic damage over the next 1 second. Activates Flame passive form.
Frost Bonus Effect: Enemies are slowed by 20% during burn duration. Air Bonus Effect: Projectile width is increased by 20%. Spirit Bonus Effect: Cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds if an enemy champion is hit.

E: Aerial Advantage
Rynn surrounds an allied champion (or herself) with surging winds that increase the target's armor and mr by 20/25/30/35/40 (+6% AP) and tenacity by 20% for 3 seconds. Activates Air passive form.
Frost Bonus Effect: Attackers are slowed by 15% for one second. Flame Bonus Effect: Attackers are dealt (+12% AP) magic damage per attack when the shield fades, maximum of (+60% AP) magic damage. Spirit Bonus Effect: Ally gains 60% bonus movespeed that decays over the first 1.5 seconds of the duration.

R: Spiritual Guide
Rynn stealths either herself or an allied champion for up to 3.5 seconds. Activates Spirit passive form.
SELF: Rynn can recast this ability during the stealth duration to deal 25/40/55 (+20% AP) magic damage to all enemies nearby her, while stunning them for 0.5 seconds each. Enemies in the area that she recently attacked will instead take 175/300/425 (+70% AP) magic damage but will not be stunned.
ALLY: The allied champion will be immune to all crowd control for 2/2.5/3 seconds after breaking stealth and will gain 25/30/35% movement speed during the stealth. The use of this ability will additionally immediately cleanse any crowd control effects on the ally.
Frost Bonus Effect: Mana cost is decreased by 40%. Flame Bonus Effect: After stealth is broken, target champion (including rynn if on herself) will gain 10% increased damage for 1.5 seconds. Air Bonus Effect: Can be used during crowd control effects that would otherwise prevent usage of this ability. (Exception: Stasis.)
