Suggestion to be able to dispel a champion (different then refunding)

I know you are allowed up to 3 refunds, however, my idea is to be able to just dispel a champion.

If you purchase a champ and decide you really are not liking him/her as much as you thought, but go back to look to refund it but you can't, and just want to get rid of them from your line up. I wouldnt mind not getting my IP points back, and just unowning them.

i know some people are going to say well just do not pick them, well if you go have a few ARAM games and have my luck, thats the one hero you will be randomly given :D
