Rune/Mastery Page UX Suggestion

I suggest the following changes in order to streamline Rune and Mastery creation/editing experience:

• Add the ability to move rune/mastery pages around so they can be ordered, e.g., from position 1 to position 9
• Add the ability to copy rune/mastery pages from other players' profile pages on to your own

These two changes would improve the experience of creating and editing rune/mastery pages.
