More interesting "Attempting to reconnect" screen idea

I have a suggestion that I've sent to the player support and they redirected me here. Attempting to reconnect screen looks very depressing, there's nothing players can do. My suggestion is to at least make all champions dance or have some kind of party with minions to cheer up the atmosphere, or add some interesting lore facts like that on loading screen, but in my opinion it would be much better if you added some kind of LoL-themed minigame (like Teemo's mushroom minesweeper, some kind of flappy bird or some puzzle, there are many things that you can make). I think that the players, especially those who don't have reliable internet, would appreciate that very much. Thank you very much for your time.
