Sothe, the Whisper of the Shadows
Took some names and concepts from FE 10 but added a load of stuff
Range-125 Uses Energy as a resource
Passive-Steal. Basic attacks against enemies steal 5/10/15/20 gold. If Sothe attacks a minion, he will gain that amount of gold but the minion will be worth less gold when killed. Gold steal capped at 50 gold vs monsters.
Q-Swift strike-Sothe swipes a small area in front of him with his daggers, dealing physical damage equal to twice his total attack damage plus any critical strike bonus damage. His attack speed will be increased by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds afterwards Cooldown-15/12/9/6/3
W-Peshkatz-Sothe throws his knife in a target direction, dealing 45/90/135/180/225 (+1.0 bonus AD) to the first target hit and slows that target by 50% for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. This ability becomes a single target ability while Sothe is airborne from his E. Cooldown-8/7/6/5/4
E-Agile Leap-Sothe jumps into the air towards a target direction. He can reactivate this ability in mid air to change his landing point, though the change in direction always occurs at a static point. If he targets an enemy, he will strike down, dealing a guaranteed critical hit. Cooldown-25/21/17/13/9
R-Bane Passive-Sothe instantly drops minions and monsters to 1 hp if his regular autoattack will not kill them. This will not trigger for Baron or Dragon. Sothe can also instantly drop a champion's hp to 1 if the champion had under 15% hp Active-Sothe charges in a direction and suppresses the first enemy champion he runs into. He then deals damage up to 40%/60%/80% of the target's maximum health as true damage depending on how long he suppresses for (Maximum damage takes 10 - (0.013*total AD) seconds). If the target is killed, Sothe instantly teleports back to his original cast location.
