Champion kit #18, an Enchanter of connections

Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.

Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.

I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):

  • Ryūhaku Shimazu (names are merely for inspiration and representation)
  • Enchanter core traits: high healing and shielding power, ally boosting, unreliable damage, moderate crowd control

Passive: After casting an ability, Ryūhaku's next 2 basic attacks project 5 musket shots, dealing damage to all enemies within a conical area centered at Ryūhaku's target. Enemies hit are also slowed for 0.75 second (cumulative duration).

A general as he should be: The damage of each attack increases by 25% for each allied champion with who Ryūhaku is connected to. Additonally, for every connected allied champion, enemies can be hit by 1 additional projectile, increasing the slow's value by 25%.

-Damage (per attack): 26-60 (+ 30% AP) as Magic Damage at levels 1-18 -Slow: 20/25/30%, plus 25% of the value per additional projectile (maximum of 40/50/60%)


1st Skill: Ryūhaku appeals to his command skills, interacting with the positioning of his nearby allies.

Cast and drag: Ryūhaku selects a nearby position and, starting from it, creates a bridge of energy for 3 seconds, with unique direction of movement. Ryūhaku or an allied champion can target the bridge's base to cross it automatically with increased Movement Speed. When an allied champion reaches the other side, he deals damage and knocks up all enemies hit around him for 0.6 second. A general as he should be increases the speed bonus and the knock up duration by 25% for each allied champion with who Ryūhaku is connected.

Cast at targeted position: After a brief delay, Ryūhaku levitates the enemy or allied champion closer to the targeted area's center for 0.6 second. Enemies (prioritiezes champions) are knocked up, while allied champions become untargetable. Upon landing, damage is dealt and enemies around are slowed. A general as he should be increases the control and untargetability duration and also increases the slow effectiveness by 25% for every allied champion with who Ryūhaku is connected.

This cast reduces the Cooldown by 2 seconds (reduced by Cooldown Reduction).

-Movement Speed bonus: 40/45/50/55/60% of the total value -Damage: 80/125/170/215/260 (+ 70% AP) as Magic Damage -Slow: 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds -CD: 12 seconds


2nd Skill: Ryūhaku launches a projectile towards the selected direction, stopping at the first enemy it hits and dealing damage. If it hits an enemy champion, the projectile creates a wall of energy for 3 seconds, centered at the enemy hit and projecting itself always in a manner perpendicular to Ryūhaku's position.

Allied champions that cross the wall receive a shield for 2.5 seconds and are healed for 12% of their missing Health. Their Movement Speeds are also increased by 30% for 1.5 seconds.

A general as he should be: The shield value and the percentage of Health are increased by 25% for every allied champion with who Ryūhaku is connected.

-Damage: 60/85/110/135/160 (+ 40% AP) as Magic Damage -Shield value: 60/85/110/135/160 (+ 40% AP) -CD: 14 seconds


3rd Skill: Ryūhaku creates connection with a targeted nearby allied or enemy champion. As long as he's connected to someone, Ryūhaku takes reduced damage and shares 50% of this reduction with connected allied champions. Connecting to an enemy deals damage and increases the damage taken by him by a percentage, but Ryūhaku is only able to connect with one enemy champion per time and it has a maximum duration of 3 seconds.

The connection is extended by 1 additional second after exceding its maximum range and, when a connection with an allied champion is broken, Ryūhaku is slowed by** 30%** for 1 second.

A general as he should be: For every allied champion with who Ryūhaku is connected, the percentages of damage reduction and damage amplification are increased by 25%.

-Damage: 50/75/100/125/150 (+ 30% AP) as Magic Damage -Damage reduction: 14/16/18/20/22% -Damage increased by: 11/12/13/14/15 (+ 1.5% AP)% -CD: 12/10/8/6/4 seconds


Ultimate: Primal Scream: Ryūhaku gathers all his forces to channel a powerful scream, dealing damage to all enemies hit within a conical area over 1.5 seconds. Enemies are also silenced and disarmed for 1.5 seconds.

A general as he should be: Ryūhaku gathers the strength of his allies as well, converting 15% of connected allied champions current Health into 30% additional damage.

-Damage: 150/225/300 (+ 60% AP) as Magic Damage -Maximum damage: 330/495/660 (+ 132% AP) as Magic Damage -CD: 140/110/80 seconds
