Sunfire Cape Buff | Ideas

One of the least used items. I see it on Tanks that can't wave clear ( ), but other than that, I hardly even see it used; at this point I think it needs a buff since there are better alternatives to tank items (that are cheaper too -- knight's vow, etc)
