Harrowing 2018 Concept [THERE'S NO PICTURE ON HERE YET]: Pumpkin Rogue Veigar

What could the VFX for this skin be:

Q: Baleful Strike VFX Change: Veigar jumps up, does a front flip, throwing a heavy pumpkin at the target direction; also leaving behind a trail of ghostly green smoke behind the pumpkin.

W: Dark Matter VFX Change: Veigar aims with his right hand for a couple of seconds, showing where the W will be aiming at. The circle in which the W will land to will show up as green fire. Once Dark Matter hits the ground, at the same time will show a jack-o-lantern face on-screen to where the Dark Matter landed, similar to the VFS of Jinx's R where if the missile hits an enemy will show up a smiley face in the explosion.

E: Event Horizon VFX Change: The 5 pillars will be switched with 5 poles with hanging blinking lanterns, emitting green, ghostly fire inside of the lanterns. Around the circle will also be the green fire. Instead of a stun mark above their heads (enemies'), it will show up as a burning jack-o-lantern. They then will be descending to the ground like some grave in a cemetery.

R: Primordial Burst VFX Change: Veigar jumps up high. about 6 feet. He then throws the giant jack-o-lantern (and yes, burning green fire) at the targetted enemy. He then does a backflip to the ground, finishing the VFX animation.

The skin:

Head: A hollowed out half pumpkin (leaving out the face and top of the pumpkin) with Veigar's face carved on the face of the pumpkin. Giant bat wings on each side of the pumpkin, with his ears right beside or behind them. Shoulders: Swamp-like moss on giant branches on his shoulders Neck: Somewhat like a brown, worn cloak on its neck Torso: Chains, a yordle-sized ribcage, spikes on the bones of the ribcage Legs: Big, long, worn sweater (not what you were thinking) tied around its waist. Black and gray shorts and some worn shoes with some green fire on them.
