, Rage quit

) why Rito don't make a thing like when some1 leaves after 5 min of staying afk in the fountain after he disconnect to be kicked somehow and to start search for a new player on his place!

Because a lot of the time, a 5 minute afk is already a lost game. Though the idea is nice, a lot of the time it's best for the player to just come back, since they more likely have a far better understanding of the game thus far. A new player might have to quickly asses the playstiles, power and tactics of both his teammates AND the enemy, as well as everyones build. That would just waste more time.
I've heard this idea before, but it really comes down to one important thing. If a player is AFK for 5 minutes, the enemy likely has a large advantage over the new player's team, so even if this player comes in, they will be playing a champion they may not understand at a severe disadvantage along with needing to assess both team's compositions and builds. It is a nice idea on paper, but it wouldn't help anyone, even if there was a comeback.
