Deep Sea Angler Thresh

Ok i have see a dog walker thresh and i was wondering if thresh could get fisherman skin with his lantern being a bucket of chum and his Hook being a proper fishing Hook and look similar to angler jax, and it might even allow you to update his skin as well.
