Anna, The Butterfly Qween

Passive: Butterfly Effect- Whenever she attacks or been attacked by an enemy she slow them. ( lvl 1-7 = 20 movement speed, lvl 8-12 = 30 movement speed, lvl 13-16 = 40 movement speed )

Q: Spark - She make a ball of light and fire it like a skill shot dealing magic damage. The first enemy hit is stun and the enemies behind he/she is slowed. Cd stay at 4 sec unless get cdr. ( Macic Damage scale: lvl 1 = 80 , lvl 2 = 120 , lvl 3 = 160 , lvl 4 = 200 , lvl 5 = 240) (Stun Duration: lvl 1 = 1 sec, lvl 2 = 1.25 sec, lvl 3 = 1.50 sec, lvl 4 = 1.75 sec, lvl 5 = 2 sec) ( Slow: lvl 1 = 20 percent, lvl 2 = 25 percent, lvl 3 = 30 percent, lvl 4 = 35 percent, lvl 5 = 40 percent)

W: Butterfly Assistance- It's a passive that summons 3 butterflies. Every 12 seconds she will spond a new butterfly if she used one in the beginning. W goes with E which I'll tell you that in a bit. Each butterfly give bonus armor and magic resistance. lvling the skill reduce the cd. ( Armor and Magic resistance scale : lvl 1 = 4 , lvl 2 = 6 , lvl 3 = 8 , lvl 4 = 10 , lvl 5 = 12) (Cdr: lvl 1 = 12 , lvl 2 = 10 , lvl 3 = 8 , lvl = 6 , lvl 4 = 6 , lvl 5 = 4)

E : Butterfly's Wrath / Butterfly's Sheild - She can cast this on enemies and allies. On ememies she tell a butterfly to attack dealing magic damage and slowing them. On allies she tell a butterfly to sheild them and giving them the bonus armor and magic resistance. She can only cast on the same champ every 5 second. ( Magic Damage and Sheild scale: lvl 1 = 70 , lvl 2 = 100 , lvl 3 = 130 , lvl 4 = 160 , lvl 5 = 190)

R: Nature's Beauty - She charge a beam in her wings for 10 sec. It deal magic damage to all enemies hit while healing all allies hit. When reach 5 seconds it deal true damage or magic damage. (Which one do you prefer?) You can canal by right clicking on the screen and fire it by pressing R again or left click. ( Magic Damage and Healing scale : lvl 1 = 100 , lvl 2 = 200 , lvl 3 = 300)

Her lore goes with Moarki. They both are trying to turn the Shadow Ilise to the way it was. She was asleep in her cacoon until the darkness came and changes everything.

 Hey people I know that I'm not famous or anything but I just wanted to share some of the champ I have in my mind. I have 3 more I also want to tell but I don't know if people would see them. Im a Plat 3. I change my name to DontMessMyGirl lol. I'm not going to tell why but if u guy r intersted you can search my name.  I also want riot to create this champ.  She a support with a lot of cc. If I get 10 people to look at this I'll tell my other 3 champs.  Hope u guys share this with your  friends.
