I'm a huge fan of Yorick, and i know then RIOT try to help him for a long time so, here my Yorick Gameplay Update.

Passive: Spirit Bag Each time then Yorick kill an enemy mark by Curse of Death, he gain a stack that increase his physical damage per 2. Killing A champion will give Yorick 5 stacks (max: 25 stacks). If Yorick die, he lose half his stack.

Q: Spirit Strike Yorick next basic attack will deal bonus physical damage. If Yorick attack an enemy mark with Curse of Death, he will consume the stack and will regenerate a % of his health. Basic attack reduce Spirit Strike cool-down by 1 second.

W: Curse of Death Yorick send a spirit projectile in a front line that deal physical damage to all enemies and mark them with Curse of Death. Spirit Curse deal physical damage per second equal to a % of the enemies max health for a short among of time.

E: (didnt find a name for this ability) Yorick hit the ground with his shovel dealing damage to all enemies into the zone and slow them. If enemies marks with Curse of Death are hit, Yorick consume all the marks and regenerate a % of his health for each enemies hit. Hitting an enemy champion will double the % of health regenerate.

R: Release the Spirits Yorick release all the spirits captures in his bag dealing damage each time a spirit hit an enemy champion and slow them. Yorick his also immune to all knock-back, stun, slow, taunt or other CC and gain a huge burst of movement speed for the duration. Yorick lose all the stack of Spirit Bag when Release the Spirits end.

So that's my Gameplay Update for Yorick, I hope you will like it, please leave your comment below.

sigh There is a giant split in how yorick players want him to be, one side want him to be like this, a fighter, and one group wants a minion-mancer

Thing is, there are more than 50 fighters in the game already, and only one minion-mancer, he's getting remade, and it's going to be perma-minion. It's already decided. Sorry!

i dont like it, abandons the concept of minions entirely and the idea of a spirit bag is like a "Ghetto hobo Thresh lantern"

I like what you tried, but I don't think its true to Yorick.

BUT

The Spirit Bag idea has potential. Maybe he could run a similar kit to his current with the spirit bags, his could would have passive/active effects, and then if he has spirits, he summons a ghoul when he casts an ability. Its all a matter of how he earns stacks on those, probably through ability casts as well.
