Blitzcrank Piltover Skin

I have been having this issue with the Blitzcrank Piltover Skin where the fan on his engine doesn't spin. For some reason I just can't make the animation work. I am hoping a future patch will be able to help fix this because I don't think I am the only one to experience this.

I know that it must be a valid animation because engine fans must spin in order to work correctly especially in overdrive mode when you are driving at maximum speed. You guys don't think they would program something so unrealistic such as having a stationary fan on an engine in league would you?

Who else wants to see the engine fan spin on Piltover!?
