[Champion Concept] Sylvia-The Bladed Storm

So basically... I had a few of these ideas for league in mind for a while, and back when I made this concept about 4 ish months ago, Xayah wasn't released yet. I had a cool idea for leaving some sort of projectile that could still do some damage after it was left there. Then Riot came along and made Xayah with her feathers and it kinda upset me cuz I wasn't able to make a post on this yet XD Also slightly reminiscent of Katarina's reworked W, now that i think about it...

The magical floating swords concept has always been pretty dear to me. Like, watching anime as a kid, I remember one show where this guy kicked some serious booty without even touching his sword and the trope has just stuck with me ever since. And watching FairyTail a few years ago re-summoner 14-ed that feeling with Erza. I'd also been playing around with some weird mechanics that may or may not seem all that useful but still felt pretty unique at the time.

Without further ado, lemme show you my idea.

Samirah-The Bladed Storm

Design: A lightly armored ad-caster with 7 unique yet similarly designed swords circling her at all times. Play around with hair color, embellishments, etc... I don't have an in-stone design just yet.

Lore- N/A yet, though likely oriented around Noxus. I like the idea of her forcing the souls of her worst enemies into a sword, adding it to her collection that floats around her.

Abilities:

Passive- [not yet named]: Every seventh auto-attack, Samirah swirls the remaining swords around her to hit her target, dealing a percentage of her total AD per sword (percentage varies depending on number of swords hit) and applying on hit effects per attack (each attack can crit, for example). [] Every spell cast by Samirah drops a sword, leaving it in place for 35/50/60 seconds (Could also be a flat 45 seconds?) Just in Case: Samirah will always keep 2 swords orbiting her. Casting an ability with 5 swords floating around will return the earliest one placed. (idk how to word it, but the same mechanics as wards. Place 1 2 and 3, if you place a 4th, it replaces the 1st.) Return to Sender If Samirah leaves the max range of a sword, it blinks back to her.

Q-Rending Steel: Samirah slashes out with one of her swords, dealing physical damage and slowing enemy champions by 30% for 2 seconds. Similar to Yasuo's Steel Tempest, but in a short arc and without the stacking. Cannot critically strike, etc. 60-160 damage that peaks at the later levels, scales with 80% Bonus AD

W- [not yet named]: Samirah spins her blades in a circle, including those left behind, dealing less damage the further her swords are from her, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. 40% reduced damage for targets hit with multiple spins 100-200 (ish?) Scales with 50% Bonus AD

E-Flash of Steel [Not yet named]: Samirah fans out her blades and dashes forward, damaging all enemies hit and leaving a sword at her destination. Damage and Scaling? Im not even sure. Probably not high. Mostly for a bit of mobility.

R- [not yet named]: Samirah hurls a sword in a line, damaging the first enemy champion hit and knocking them back. If the sword also connects with terrain (including player made terrain), it also stuns/suppresses that enemy for the next 3 seconds. During this time, all of Sylvia's swords currently not orbiting her fly towards the target, impaling them for bonus damage (maximum of 5 times) Scales with 100% AD. Base damages? Im not sure... definitely not crazy high, but enough that all 5 swords can do some serious damage.

When i had her in mind, during i guess what you'd call the developing stage, she didn't seem all that cohesive, but then the idea of leaving swords around hit me and then the idea for that ult popped into my head and im just. woot. Though in retrospect, it seems a bit too similar to Vayne's e and ww's R put together... But regardless, can you imagine just dancing around mid or top lane with this? You can use E to reposition during teamfights or to dash in and w for the extra sword stack. Use your q to chase down an enemy.

I feel though she'd have to be fairly squishy in order to compensate... I'm honestly bad with numbers so all of the ones stated above are just generalizations. Just there to give you some perspective of what you could do with the numbers. Suggestions are open XD

The Name of the Champion as well as abilities are also subject to change. I doubt this idea will ever be included, due to the lack of unique mechanics, but yeah... XD Thoughts? input? I'd love some extra heads to improve this if you can. [slayer-jinx-catface]
