Don't Rework Vel

Vel is such a force to be reckoned with, if you do not respect him he can easily turn a game around with one play. His combo is very nice and does so much and brings so much versatility and uniqueness to each and every game. A main point would be why change him??? People don't ask for Vel changes like they do Malz or Zyra. He's still viable for almost any team with a good front line and rarely sees pro play but when he does its really awesome to watch. Please don't ruin him

I don't even see why he is getting a rework. He isnt even that old of a champion. Nothing is wrong with him right now either

He's not getting a rework in the sense of a complete overhaul. He's getting a tweaking. They like a lot about his kit, but they feel it could be better than what it is.
