Volibear Rework Concept [WIP]

I’m here today to present an idea for a Volibear rework. Now, League’s favorite thunder armored bear (you heard that right, Zilean) has been struggling to remain relevant due to his outdated kit. Hopefully we can see a well-deserved rework made by Riot come his way but for now, here’s a fan-made one that I hope you all will enjoy.
The goal of this idea is to keep a lot of the themes and previously favorite aspects of Volibear’s kit intact, mostly being his flip, bite, lightning chain damage, and basic attack based damage. However I’m looking to add some depth into Volibear’s kit in order to offer more outplay potential on both Volibear’s side and the enemy’s, all while giving Volibear more interesting and impactful ways to contribute to a teamfight. Without further ado, here’s my concept for Volibear.
Passive - ____ Volibear’s basic attacks tear into his opponent, causing subsequent basic attacks on the same enemy to deal 2/3/4/5% bonus damage for 3 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Changing targets will remove the bonus damage. Bonus damage applies to on-hit effects.
Q - Rolling Thunder First cast: Volibear goes down on all fours, gaining 30% bonus movement speed 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. During this time any hard crowd control on Volibear is converted into a 40% slow for the duration of the crowd control and any slow applied to Volibear is resisted by 50%. Slow resist does not apply to slow from hard crowd control. Second cast becomes available after 1 second. Second Cast: Volibear leaps forward a short distance. If he collides with an enemy champion or large monster he will stop and flip the enemy behind him, dealing 110/115/120/125/130% total attack damage. Basic attacking will also cause this effect but with no leap. (Note: leap distance is about the same as Lucian E and cannot go over terrain. Volibear is unstoppable during this leap. The second cast is available for 3 seconds.) Cooldown: 12 seconds Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
W - _____ Volibear’s basic attacks grant him stacking attack speed for 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds stacking up to 4 times. At 4 stacks, Volibear’s next basic attack causes him to bite down on his target dealing (4/6/8/10/12% Volibear’s maximum health) bonus physical damage and double the duration of the bonus attack speed but it can no longer refresh. During this time, Volibear’s basic attacks will chain lighting to the target and 4 nearby enemies dealing 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90 (+ 0.15 AP) bonus magic damage. (Note: Symbolized by something similar to his current W but hints at the number of stacks by size of symbol and at 4 stacks will have lightning around the symbol. Cooldown begins after duration ends. Lighting Damage based off of level.) Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds No Mana Cost
E - Volibear hits his paws together and, after a brief delay, slams down silencing and disarming enemies in front of him for 1 second while damaging them for 40/70/100/130/160 (+ 1.0 total attack damage) physical damage. (Note: area is a cone in front of Volibear for about 400 units starting from edge of hitbox) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds. Mana Cost: 75 mana
R - Call of the Storm Volibear lets out a bellowing roar, calling up a storm lasting 5 seconds in a large area around him. Bolts of thunder will lock onto the location of all enemy champions within the area every 1 second and strike those areas after a 0.5 second delay dealing 30/50/70 (+ 6% missing health) magic damage to enemies near the strike. (Note: This means there’s 0.5 seconds between when thunder strikes and when it locks on to the next spot. There will be flashing circles showing the areas locked on.) Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds Mana Cost: 100 mana.
Aaaaand that’s it! There’s my concept for a Volibear rework. Currently there are some pieces missing such as names for abilities and such but I figured the more important aspect is the kit itself rather than what an ability is called. If there’s any confusion on how an ability works feel free to ask or simply give criticism on how you’d change something! I will say right now the ability idea I'm least happy with is the E, so if anyone can come up with something better I'll gladly replace it in the OP and give credit to the person with the idea.
