Petition: can we get paid map skins, music packs, and announcer packs so we can keep them

They have this in dota. You can buy these things. They have things like the deadmau5 music pack, Rick and Morty announcer(of your a major Rick and Morty fan ur cancer XD). We also have map skins like we have a deasert, under water, a skin made for wukong when the new journey dropped (wukong was released in that patch and he even got an arcana [ultimate skin] day one because he was the first hero that wasn't in the Warcraft mod), etc. I know we have this for events but why not give us the option to buy and keep them so we can use them when we want. This is especially with the fact you killed custom skins which were for your enjoyment and only you could see them. So do you think we should have this option but also still have sthe skins and announcers and music during events.
