Ok. So mabye Teemo doesnt need anymore skins but a Penguin skin would be legit. His blind and auto attacks be snowballs. his move quick would be Him sliding on his belly like a penguin(which would be the cuteset thing ever). and his ult would be little fish or eggs. Besides league needs more onesies. So why not a puinguin onesise
