[Champion Concept] Myra, the Quantum Ghost

Ah yes. Ripped from a MOBA me and my friends are making, since we only have 97 Google Drive pages worth of character concepts and no code. So now we have Myra. Myra is a "quantum ghost," meaning she fades in and out of reality. She's designed to weave in and out of fights safely, rapidly going in and out of untargetability-- however, as a side effect, she's incredibly frail, and is more focused on mobility than damage. Additionally, she is auto-reliant, but builds AP. She's designed to be a Jungler.

Myra The Quantum Ghost Assassin/Fighter

[Passive] Quantum Ghost: After casting an ability, you become untargetable for 0.4 seconds and gain a rapidly decaying speed boost of 400% increased movement speed for the duration. This has a 0.6 second cooldown. Additionally, you ignore unit collision.

[Q] Spacial Shock: Cooldown: 11 seconds Mana cost: 40 mana Your next attack within 4 seconds deals 40/65/90/115/140(+90% AD)(+35% AP) magic damage. Upon attacking a unit, this cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds. This is doubled against monsters.

[W] Temporal Phantom Cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14 seconds Mana cost: 100 mana Passively, your attacks deal 4(+2*lvl)(+10% AP) bonus magic damage. Actively, you break free of all crowd control effects, gaining 10% movement speed for 4 seconds. Auto attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.

[E] Rending Reality Cooldown: 15 seconds Passively, you gain 20/25/30/35/40% increased attack speed. Actively, you bend space, dashing forwards at high speeds and dealing 50/75/100/125/150(+60% AP) magic damage to all units you pass through. Upon kill or assist, this cooldown is reset.

[R] Unravel Cooldown: 6 seconds The Wraith of Flow unravels the fabric of space-time, causing their next attack to teleport them to the target and deal 30/55/80(+20% AP) bonus magic damage. Casting an ability reduces this cooldown by 0.75 seconds.
