Recite: [Range: 2200] Juels recites a short poem every 300 seconds, revealing an enemy champion, reducing thier Magic Resist by 25% and causing them to dance for 1.75 - 4.25 seconds increased the farther away they are from Juels. Enemies who are damaged are awakened from the spell (0.5 second delay). This effect is triggered whenever an enemy attempts to recall, CC one of Juels's weak allies [Below 25% Hp] or enters his AA range invisible.

Octave: Each of Juels's abilities add a beat or half-beat to his bar line (1 or 0.5) it takes 4 beats to fill Juels's bar line. Whenever Juels successfully completes a Bar Line, on his next basic attack he is healed for 15/20/25% of his missing hp, 20% Movement Speed and 30 - 90% [based on level] Bonus Attack speed for 4 seconds.

Q: Allegro- Beam Range 750. Adds 1 Beat. Cooldown: 12/11.25/10.5/9.75/9 seconds. Cast Delay: 0.25. Speed 2000. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana.

Juels fires a beam in target direction dealing 70/110/150/190/230 +60% AP +45% Bonus AD magic damage to all champions hit and stopping at enemies marked with Triad Sigils. Deals 65% damage to non-champions.

W: Triad Sigils Range 500. Adds a 0.5 Beat. Cooldown 13 seconds. Cost 70 Mana

Juels places 3 orbiting Sigils on an enemy unit. Blue, Yellow and Red.

If Juels manages to hit one of these sigils with Allegro-Beam, the corresponding effect will happen.

Blue: Refunds W mana cost, gains a shield worth 55/80/105/130/155 +15% of Allegro-Beam's damage for 4 seconds and slows target by 35% for 2 seconds.

Yellow: Stun the target for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 and basic attack during that period chain to enemies within 475 units of the target.

Red: Explode dealing 20/40/60/80/100 +30% AP, + 12% of the target's missing health and reduce the cooldown of Allegro- Beam by 2 seconds. Each of these Sigils make a different sound when struck

E: Hail Thy Melody Range 525. Adds a 0.5 beat per second channeled. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds. Cost: 55/60/65/70/75. Knockback Distance: 200 units. AoE Cone: 90 degrees.

Juels strums, knocking targets back before channeling a solo, shooting musical notes out in a degree cone infront of him dealing 15/20/25/30/35 +15% AP +10% Bonus AD every half second for 4 seconds. 120/160/200/240/280 +120% AP +80% Bonus AD Total Magic Damage. Target's within the area of effect are Grounded and slowed by 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% persisting 1 second after leaving the zone.

Target's under the effect are also weakened dealing 10% reduced damage to Juels.

R: Bouncing Bellows Range 725. Cooldown: 105/90/75. Cost: 90 Mana. Cast Time 0.75.

Juels blinks to target location. On arrival, knocking targets back 250 units away from his epi-center with an onslaught of musical strums dealing them 200/300/400 +55% AP and +30% Total AD as magic damage.

Juel was the Squire for King Tryndamere himself, he'd play at all festive occasions and chant of the King's great feats. These hallow moans and vibrant tones that echoed out of Juel's banjo, flew across the great halls and into the ears of the barbaric Tryndamere, soothing the beast and causing him great delight.

Tryndamere thought very highly of Juels, so high infact that he granted Juels residence within the kingdom, so he couldn't miss a waking hour of these ear-terludes. A life of luxury for Juel indeed, and would have been a long one too had not Juel been banished from the kingdom.

You see Juels was accused of seducing the Frejlordian Queen Ashe, tantalizing her majesty with his rhythmic riffs and gentle whails that amped from his heart. Or were they? For Juels settles not with any woman, and the power invested in the King's crown seemed all too true for such shameful perfomances.

None can be sure the reason, but the exploits of this traveling musician remain hidden in, indecipherable lyrics of the spells he now chants.
