My league of legends character ideas

Try to organize your writing so it is easy to read and understand. Paragraphs are man's best friend.

so... he can give someone a super-silence for a minute... seems a bit OP.

so. while around ally towers they have permanently increased attack speed. while around enemy towers they deal 80% less damage. he can silence people for a minute. (not even his ult) I'm assuming his w acts like a lux ult. that also grants vision. he can have tower shots as his basic attacks. (not even his ult) he's got a mecha, so you have to kill him twice (and the first life has increased stats). leagues broken enough as-is, having a walking tower with a lux ult and two health bars that can silence you for a whole minute and doesn't give a rats-a** about enemy towers, while ally towers deal way too much damage around him seems like a bad idea, sorry.
