new adc champion idea
i think a good passive for a new adc champion would be stacking as. every time you get i minion kill you get +0.01 as. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] or another passive would be the same as the as one but crit chance

Flat? Ok, so you would want to buy AS items to use with the (hopefully) synergizing kit but taht would make your passive less useful... but if yu didn't you'd become useless early game...
Instead of AS i think crit damage would be more beneficial, I mean the characters base Crit dmg would have to be lower like yasuo or jhin's is but I think that could be pretty interesting
