Pyrite - The Cursed Thief

Pyrite does not use mana as a resource for his abilities. Instead, his abilities cost GOLD.
Abilites:
Passive - Scavenger: Pyrite gains 1.25x the gold from minions and monsters that he kills
Cursed Arm: Pyrite's cursed arm is heavy and thus lowers his mobility. As a result, his attack speed only increases by 1% for every 10%, and his movement speed cannot be increased through items. In addition, his basic attacks only deal 60% attack damage if over 50% health; 75% if over 40% health; 90% if over 30% health; 105% if over 20% health; 120% if over 10% health; and 135% if over 1% health.
Q - Pickpocket (Passive): Any enemy that walks over gold residue becomes marked Hidden Riches for 1 second, refreshing if still standing on gold residue. (Active): Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Range: 400 Cost: 100/90/80/70/60 GOLD Pyrite blinks to the target enemy champion and attempts to pickpocket them, dealing damage equal to [Cursed Arm] + 10/25/40/55/70 (+10% AP) magic damage and gaining 15/30/45/60/75% movement speed for 3 seconds, while slowing the targeted enemy by 20% for 0.25 seconds If the target is marked with Hidden Riches, Pyrite refunds the cost of Pickpocket + 10gold, and deals an additional 0.5/2/3.5/5/6.5 of the target's maximum health in magic damage. In addition, the targeted enemy is instead stunned instead of slowed.
W - Midas' Touch (Passive): All enemies pyrite slays leave behind gold residue on the ground that lasts for 3 minutes and interact with his other abilities. (Active): Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds Range: 800 Cost: 50 GOLD Pyrite a tosses piece of his arm, dealing magic damage to enemies in a small area and marking them with Hidden Riches for 3 seconds. (Damage: [Cursed Arm] 40/70/100/130/160 (+35% AP))
E - Evading Pursuit (Passive): Pyrite can walk over gold residue to absorb it and make himself stronger - permanently increasing his movement speed by 1; his attack speed by 1% [affected by passive]; and gaining 5 gold (Active): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds (after stealth ends) Cost: 120/120/100/100/80 GOLD After 2 seconds, Pyrite will stealth himself, gain 30% movement speed for 3 seconds, and cause his next basic attack within 5 seconds to deal magic damage equal to [Cursed arm] + 35% AP, dealing double damage to enemies that are stunned. (Stealth duration: 2/2/4/4/6 seconds)
R - Gold's Curse: Cooldown: 180/140/100 Range: 800 (active)/ global(convergence and use of gold residue) Cost: 500/300/100 GOLD Pyrite shoots his arm out at target champion marked with Hidden Riches to deal magic damage. If there is any gold residue on the map when Pyrite activates this ability, it will converge on target champion to deal additional magic damage. If the enemy champion held a bounty and Pyrite assisted in the take down, the bounty value will be increased by 5%. If Pyrite scored the take down himself, the bounty value will be increased 15%. Using this ability causes all gold residue currently on the map to disappear. Damage: 150/225/300 (+25% AP) Damage per gold residue: 10/15/20 (+5% AP)
