view purchased content in Collection

For those of us who have a lot of skins/chromas/ward skins it would be nice to have a page in "Collection" where we could check which ones we own. It would be nice to be able to view splash arts for skins we own any time as well.

Sometimes I forget who I have skins for and I have to go through the owned champions list to try and remember, or I'm really surprised when I see the skins I own in champ select.
