Have all the event shops give you a free skin if you buy all the skins in the shop.

I think riot would make lots of $$ if they would let people have a free skin if they bought all their skins in their event shop. It would entice more people to buy their skins which means riot gets more money from transactions Also, it would be more appealing to the consumer What do you guys think?
