Champion Spotlight, featuring Madoka Kaname, The Hope of All Magical Girls

For fun I made The main characters of Puella Magi Madoka Magica into LoL champs. Madoka's, however, seemed like the most interesting and unique. It plays on her role in the series as well as her design and theme as a magical girl.

Class: Support/Marksman (ap scaling) Resource: mana

Passive: Hope - Upon Madoka’s death, nearby teammates regain 50% of their missing Health and mana. X% of Madoka's AP is applied as bonus physical damage to her basic attacks. [like a mini nashor's tooth passive]

Q: Rose Garden - Madoka fires a skillshot from her bow that, when it hits an enemy unit, deals damage to that unit and creates an area of rose thorns around the target that slows and deals magic damage to all enemies that move through it (no damage to stationary enemies) [Base damage and duration increase with level, damage to moving enemies increases with AP]

W: Connect - Madoka Charms a target enemy champion for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and deals X+Y%AP magic damage

E: Inspiration - Madoka and the nearest ally champion gain 8/12/16/20/24% increased attack and movement speed for a short time

R: Ascension - Madoka makes her wish (she remains stationary during the casting time of this spell) and becomes an incorporeal concept, instantly killing her, globally procing Hope for all allied champions in the process. While she remains dead all allies on the map gain 20% of the leveled Inspiration bonus as well as slightly increased health regen. Each kill made by the ally team procs the global Hope effect once more, with diminishing returns [halving the buff efficiency each time. Cooldown reduced per level]

Her role as a support in lane would be to harass with basic attacks and Q and initiate with her W and Q (the charm forcing the enemy to move through the thorn patch!) and E. If the enemy makes the mistake of not focusing her or her adc individually, then either they kill Madoka and have to face and adc who has been given a second wind, or they kill the and have to deal with Madoka who has her charm and thorns to aid her escape and potent damage of her own. In team fights, her role would be to perform the same initiation, then act as a second ADC until she hits low hp, then activating her ultimate, hopefully completing the cast before the enemy can focus her down for real. Her ultimate gives the enemy team a kill (if they did damage to her before activation) but greatly empowers the rest of her teammates to win a fight. Making the right decision on when to use this ability or not is very important, as using it too early means a wasted death as the enemies retreat, and too late means there might not be enough teammates left alive to make use of the Hope as they are outnumbered.
As a marksman, she has persistent, strong, but not overwhelming damage, meaning if the enemy does not do something about her, she is just as much a threat as the rest of her team, even though her build is AP-focused and her damage is basic attack reliant.

I realize that Riot can't actually use the name or design of Madoka, but the kit described is what I wanted to really get across, here.

In the world of Runeterra, her concept origen, the rose theme, as well as the dramatic embrace of death see her as an Ionian native, perhaps a dramatist, like Jhin . A darker take would see her as a Dark Isles or perhaps Noxian champion, with briars instead of thorns, hypnotism instead of charm, and a lich-like ability to influence the battle with her own death, like Karthus
