Sandbox Mode and Improved Tutorial

Riot, I feel after the success that League of Legends has made from beta stage to Season 6, there needs to be new useful features implemented. Hextech crafting is alright, but can't you guys implement better, and revamped tutorials and a sand box mode and replay mode like Dota 2? It has been a long time since league came out, yet we still don't have basic things such as sandbox mode to practice your mechanics with specific champions without having to wait a long time for level 6, cooldowns, items, ect? This I think would greatly increase the player base as I have many friends who are getting into league but they have a lot of trouble learning the game because they aren't being taught these kind of things in the tutorial. It actually makes me sad, and actually upset that people, that I know, and for sure many other people are trying to learn the game but league youtubers mainly teach things once we already know the game. Learning the basics, and then advanced things are actually things you have to legit find by yourself. The tutorial makes you play on howling abyss, playing Ashe while buying a thornmail. The new tutorial is ok but still doesn't teach much and what you should do (especially jungling). I have been a league player since season 3, and I enjoy riot products and the changes that have been brought to the game, for the better and more healthy experience. However, even pro players need to practice their mechanics, so why not release a sandbox mode to make league life for new AND veteran players easier? A multi billion dollar company should be able to implement such things. And a new tutorial and revamped bots would be greatly beneficial to the new players who are trying to get into league and learn the game. And a replay function in game, like many competitive games do (even smash for the Nintendo 64 had a replay function!) would be SO useful for learning your mistakes in game AND learning to see what you could have done to improve as a player. I know Riot is concentrating a lot on the pro scene in league, but some people want to get there, and learn how, and some people just want to have fun, but still win and be competitive. Please Riot, make getting into League of Legends easier, for the new people through better tutorials and sandbox mode, and for people trying to improve at the game include a sandbox mode and a replay viewing mode please. League of Legends seems to be peaking, and this may be one of the reasons. I think MANY PEOPLE, would enjoy these new features!
