Possible Future Teemo Rework?

Some little things I thought might be cool on teemo, along with a Model update that MAYBE has a running/walking animation similar to Omega Squad Teemo? (I understand that it's supposed to be a Legendary Skin and different from the default). Also a new splash art would be nice. I picked this one up from a Deviant Art user named "Jaikart": http://img10.deviantart.net/506d/i/2015/104/8/1/league_of_legends__teemo_splashscreen_by_jaikart-d8pnzbp.jpg

Okay so here it goes. I was think something like this:

Primary Role: Marksmen / Assassin / Fighter (You can chose)

Base Health: 654 – 2100 Base Health Regen: 3.7 – 14.8 Base Mana: 315 – 800 Base Mana Regen: 1.2 – 10.9 Base Attack Damage: 50 – 110 Base Armor: 30.0 – 75.0 Base Magic Resist: 30.0 - 75.0 Base Attack Range: 450 Base Attack Speed: 0.69 (+0% – 57.5%) Base Movement speed: 335

P: Camouflage: item 3083 Teemo becomes invisible after standing still for 2.25 seconds, moving while in grass does not interrupt this. upon breaking stealth, Teemo's first basic attack does 5% reduced damage.

Q: Blinding Slash item 3137 Teemo leaps toward a target enemy, immediately stabbing them through a vital, dealing physical damage and blinding them for 2 seconds (scales with level) Mana Cost: 50 Range: 200 Base Damage: 0 (+50) (Scales on AD and level.) Base Cooldown: 7 seconds. Duration: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5

W: Move Quick item 3009 Teemo passively gains 8% bonus movement speed which swiftly decays over time after being struck by an enemy. (not just champions and turrets) When activated, Teemo bursts into an unbreakable sprint (+18% movement speed). Draining 25(+0) mana per second. Upon reactivation Teemo's sprint stops. Mana Drain: 25 - 35 (Scales on level.) Passive Movement Speed: 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 26% (Scales on level.) Activated Movement Speed: 18 / 26 / 34 / 42 / 50% (Scales on level.)

E: Toxic Sludge item 2041 Teemo gains a stack of toxins (up to 3) for each successful basic attack on an enemy champion. Upon reaching 3 stacks Teemo can recast this ability, tossing a vial of slimy toxins, exploding in a medium radius slowing all enemies hit by 14% for 2 seconds and dealing 30(+0) magic damage. Mana Cost: 90 Range: 400 Base Damage: 30 (+0) (Scaled on AP and level.) Base Cooldown: 15 seconds. Base Duration: 2 seconds. Base Slow: 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 / 30% Explosion Radius: 200

R: Devastation item 3153 Teemo gains bonus attack speed and damage for 8 seconds, reducing movement speed from "Move Quick" and revealing a large area around him. Area Reveal Range: 1100 Damage Increase: +70 (+50) / 90 (+50) / 110 (+50) (Scales on AD and level). Mana Cost: 100 / 125 / 150 Move Quick Speed Reduction: 14% (No scaling)

You actually have a good idea with that W, although he shouldn't lose the passive when hit by minions and jungle most erstwhile otherwise it's just a map traveling ability with no other purpose until it's activated, in which case the passive night as well not be on there at all. So make it so only champions and turrets can knock the passive off and it's balanced.

That E, however, is twitch's flask. At least it's too similar. Champs must be varied with varied abilities. I'd say keep it as it is but I saw an idea someone had where he doesn't deal immediate damage but adds poison stacks, which deal damage over time increasing with each stack.

And the 5% reduced damage you have on his passive seems to punish him for using his own ability, not to mention you took off the attack speed bonus so teemo would then have absolutely zero reason for stealthing. If he just wants to avoid a fight then running is a better idea.

Honestly, Teemo is one of those champions that won't get a rework in the conceivable future. He's not really broken, but not totally weak either. He's generally in a good spot right now.

He is annoying and people complain about him a lot, but Riot can't really change him while still making him feel like Teemo to both the player and the opponent. Without his traps, his true blind (the last one left in the game that hasn't been turned into a nearsight, iirc) and his poison make him so iconic it's very hard to change anything about him without losing what makes him unique.
