Nike the gifted

(this is my first version of the character so I will be doing adjustments with his kit and scaling and lore to make him more appropriate for the game) name: Nike

role: mage secondary support

abilities: passive: the gift gains .5 mana regen for every 5 mana missing

Q: hunting he throws a sword of light in a line (skill shot) if it hits an enemy champion it does damage in an area effect damage of 150(+0)magic damage and leaves a debuff called light which reveals the champion to the opponent team for 3 seconds cooldown: 10/8.5/6/4.5

W: savior he heals a allied champion for 5%(+0) of their missing health and gives them a 10% speed boost (decays faster if they have boots) cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10

E: returned hope he boosts an allied health and mana regen by 1.5%/3%/4.5%/6% if cast on an enemy slows by 10%/15%/20%/25% and reduces opponents mana relative to your missing health

R: heavenly grace Nike removes his eyepatch going to full power your ap is boosted by 25%/30%/40% and cooldown is reduced by 5%/10%/15% and you get to strike an area down once with godly power dealing 400/500/600 true damage and stuns for a second

lore: when he was a child he begged on the streets of bilge water having lost his parents to the harrowing long ago when he was bestowed his powers of light manipulation by an unknown deity with two images one of the world being taken over by the undead overpowering all who stood in their way and the other was of the shadow isle being lifted from their darkness and returned to their former glory by the light he was bestowed by this god but it came at a price in exchange for this destiny the god took his eye to make sure he wasn't reckless.and in the empty eye socket the god placed his power. Nike finding out his power uncontrolled could destroy and kill countless he sought out a mage who was said to know the natural energies of this world when he found this mage and he asked him to conjure an eyepatch that could control and limit his powers until he got control of them. he offered his families last heirloom a cloak that made the wearer fly the mage told him that it would not be necessary to do that and handed him the eyepatch Nike thanked him and hoped they could meet when he gets control of his powers. Nike found a abandoned temple in the ironspike mountains that he could use it without disturbance there he got another message from the deity that in 8 years he is to join the league of legends if he wants to stop the undead so he trained for those years so when it came to the day he applied and was put on the list to receive a league judgement and when his time came to his time the doors opened 10 minutes in the reflection right when it came to the memories of the god bestowing him his powers. he learned that day the destiny he knows is his personal quest that only his should know the true motives of so he goes fully committed in this league where he may find the key to saving the isles and the world from eternal damnation. "the world will be saved. if your sacrifice is needed then so be it" -Nike when asked how far he would go (his allies are Ryze, illaoi, Lucian, maokai, vayne his rivals are hecarim, karthus, mordekaiser, thresh, sion, urgot, Yorick,)
