Updated Champion Concept Eiobe The Quicksilver

This is one of my older concepts (and better designed ones in my opinion) so i decided to re-post an updated version with more quotes

Story Hailing from an unknown land, the enigmatic man known as Eiobe is the one most rely on for quickly and efficiently delivering messages... or for blazing through heavily guarded areas to assassinate any key targets within. Using his unmatched speed, Eiobe has successfully undertaken many daring missions for a great number of nations across Valoran, coming out largely unscathed, since none can hope to keep up with Eiobe. Those who are aware of his latent talents and penchant for murder, however, know and fear his other name - the Quicksilver, the blitzkrieg of Eiobe.

APPEARANCE Eiobe is of fair complexion and wears casual clothing, with a Black T-Shirt and small brown leggings and a white hat that covers his hair, he has two small daggers one without a sheath and another sheathed on his hip (backside) In game he is identical, in various animations he will cradle the sheathed dagger

ABILLITIES PASSIVE Stamina/Combination Eiobe uses Stamina to fuel his abilities, Stamina is 100+ 35% Eiobe's maximum HP Stamina Cant regenerate in combat, but Eiobe will generate 10% of his stamina every half second outside of combat. When Eiobe Uses his abilities he will be capable in a short time period to use entirely different abilities Q Close Quarters Range 300 units costs 40 stamina CD 12 Eiobe rushes an opponet dealing 90/120/160 + 75% of Eiobe's AD as physical damage, Damage is split into three seperate strikes. For .65 .75. 85 seconds after using Close quarters Eiobe can use Q+W Evicerate 10 stamina .30 second CD Eiobe Evicerates an opponet dealing 6% of the opponets maximum HP over 3 seconds can stack with itself Q+E Rolling Saw CD 10 Eiobe rolls 125 units behind his inital target any enemy behind them will have their heels sliced slowing them by 35% for 4 seconds and dealing 140 physical damage W Vault 250 range 25 CD Eiobe uses an enemy target to Vault into the air becoming untargatable and invunerable for 1 second during that time Eiobe can W+ Q Diving Strike 60 stamina 25 CD Eiobe Rushes down and stabs his inital target dealing 145/240/300 + 3%/6%/8% of the enemies missing HP. W+ W Launch 25 CD Eiobe lands 1000 units behind his inital target ignoring ALL terrain W+ E Dive bomb 25 CD Eiobe Dive bombs his inital target stunning them for 2.5 seconds and slowing nearby enemies by 15%

E Running free CD 15 45% of his Stamina Eiobe doubles his Base Movespeed for 7/8/9 seconds while gaining 40% tenacity that decays to 20% over the duration Eiobe Stamina will regenerate half as slow while outside of combat during Running Free

ULTIMATE Adrenaline Rush CD 120/100/80 Passive: Killing an enemy Champion resets the Cooldown of Running Free. Active: Instantly casts Running Free at no Stamina Cost. While Adrenaline Rush is active, Quicksilver ignores unit collision and Running Free costs no Stamina. Additionally, any enemies that Quicksilver passes through (or any enemies hit by Q or W) take [75/125/175] (+0.6 Bonus AD) physical damage and are heavily slowed by 80% for 0.6 seconds. This effect can only occur once per cast of Running Free. Adrenaline Rush lasts until Running Free ends.

How to play/fight Eiobe PLAY Eiobe has many options between long stuns and slows, executes and bleeds picking the right option can net free kills for Eiobe and his team, While being very difficult to gank or escape with the strong movespeed bonus of Adrenaline Rush and Running free Fight Sustained battles are Eiobe's Worst nightmare with stamina being impossible to gain in combat and his long cooldowns
