Emily the Eccentric Engineer

Background:

Emily was born in a small village on the outskirts of Ionia. Her parents were kind people that often let homeless or unfortunate people rest in the house, whilst teaching them skills they could use to earn a living. Emily was no different and spent most of her time inventing contraptions that could better people’s lives. When Noxus invaded, her farther was conscripted to the army and died in battle. Her mother later fell ill and so Emily travelled to the Shojin Temple looking for someone who could help. There she saw a man on fire, she rushed to help but was told he was protesting the occupation of Ionia, which later led to the end of the war.

She saw this man as a hero, someone brave enough to sacrifice himself for the people. Upon hearing he had left to join the League of Legends, she vowed to hone her skills so she could help heroes like him.

Statistics:

Health: 550 ~ 2000 HP regen: 5.5 ~ 15 Mana: 350 ~ 1000 Mana regen: 8 ~ 18 Range: 125 Attack damage: 55 ~ 100 Attack speed: .644 (+ 0 ~ 55%) Armour: 20 ~ 100 Magic Resist: 30 ~ 50 Move speed: 335

Passive: Hit it ‘til it breaks

Every 3rd hit on towers, minions and monsters triggers an effect.

  1. Minions - If an ally is within 700 range, the minion is instantly killed and the gold is given to the ally. (Cooldown: 10 seconds)
  2. Towers - The tower is disabled for 3 5 seconds. (Cooldown: 180 120 seconds). The tower is automatically reactivated if an enemy takes damage in its range.
  3. Large monsters – The monster is stunned for 2 seconds (Cooldown: 10 second)
  4. Epic monsters – The monster is weakened, taking 20% increase damage from allies for 5 seconds. (Cooldown 15 seconds)

Q: Flash BANG!!

Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds (Starts after cast) Range: 1500 Mana cost: 55/60/65/70/75

Emily channels for up to 4 seconds, increasing the stun duration, damage, area of effect and delay of the ignition. Stun: .5 seconds – 2.5 seconds Damage: 10/15/20/25/30 – 30/45/60/75/90 (+50%AP) Area of effect: 50 range – 500 range Delay: Instant – 2 seconds

W: Healing thingy.

Cooldown: 28 seconds Range: 50 Mana cost: 110 Duration: 140 seconds

Emily places a healing station at a target location that increases the health regen of allies inside by 50 + 1/2/3/4/5% (+1% per 100AP) Max hp + 15% Missing hp per 5 seconds. [The health station can be destroyed by enemies] Stations health: 3/3/4/4/5 Reward of killing: 30 gold

Only 1 can be placed out at a time. Grants vision for 3 seconds after being placed.

E: Tampering is fun.

Cooldown: 10 seconds Range: 100 Mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100

  • If used on self or ally, basic attacks deal 20/25/30/35/40 bonus magic damage for 6 seconds. It also increases armour (10/15/20/25/30) (+5 per 100AP) and magic resistance (5/10/15/20/25) (+5 per 100AP). Values are halved if used on self.
  • If used on allied tower, increases the towers attack speed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 5 seconds.
  • If used on enemy champion, grounds and slows for 40/50/60/70/80% decaying over 2.5 seconds.
  • If used on enemy tower, ally’s basic attacks deal an additional 5/10/15/20/25 true damage for 5 seconds.

R: My best Invention yet!

Cooldown: 120/100/80 Seconds Range: 800 (for cast)/400 (for explosion) Mana cost: 130/110/90

A suit of armour flies out of Emily’s backpack attaching itself to the target shielding (150/300/450) (+50%AP) and reducing damage taken by 10% for 3 seconds before exploding, dealing 30% of damage dealt in that time and knocking back enemies.

Here my opinion on the kit it is ok but kind of boring with the abilities chain together in some way example Alistar combo.

Here an suggestion:

New E: Reinforce Chest plate

You fire a metal chest plate that will wrap around the target chest.

  • If it hit an ally they will be shielded and have their defence increase

  • If it hit an enemy they will be slowed. If Flash bang! hit enemy that has the chest plate on it will start to malfunction then explode dealing aoe damage.

New R:

This is an idea that i had for a new aoe silent ability called Hextech Magnetic Pulse Bomb. You fire a bomb to a location and when it explode it damage all enemy in the area and disable their items active ability for 5sec example: item 3026 item 3157 . Current we have no silents that disable items and that would be cool to see in game and it would be unique to that champion

I like the healing thingy ability maybe you should change the name to "tune Up station"

Your passive on minions already exist in an item item 3302 Disabling towers = no counterplay, abusable for tower diving. large monster isn't there already a mastery that stuns jungle monsters? Epic monster dont need a nerf when you attack them

Your passive needs to change, something that synergies or interacts with her other abilities.

Flashbangs are non-lethal explosive devises, so having damage on it is spoiling the ability. Q - Upon Activate: Emily "cooks" a flashbang grenade for up to 6 seconds, she can select a target location area to throw the grenade, if she is stunned/silenced or if she fails to select a target location, she drops the flash bang at her location instead. Enemies stunned for 0;5 seconds, and are both blinded and silenced for a short duration.

if you mean concussion grenade, that can be a stun and damage, but it should be fixed, holding on to any grenade longer only lets it blow early, not increase its effects.

Heal Thrower(W): (basically a fire extinguisher, but heals, imagine runble flamthrower, but healing allies instead) The idea was that is she ever met anyone like her "hero' from her lose, she could so something to help them now. Emily pulls out her Heal-thrower, and heals allies in front of her, healing in a cone for 4 seconds. she cannot cast any other abilities while activated. When the heal thrower is empty, Emily can choose to throw it at a target location, damaging the first enemy hit.

Your E is if fine, maybe the allied buff can be used as your new passive, used like Zileans XP passive, on allies and turrets, with appropriate cooldowns for balance. then the E can be: Oil slick: Emily shoots out a vile of "nasty stuff" she has collected while fixing things from an oil can, enemies in a line (including turrets) have their movement speed, attack speed slowed by a large margin.

(notice my theme of non-lethal tactics, she was so traumatized by her "Hero" dying, she wants to win the same way passive aggressive, or something like that) (she also sticks to the "engineer" theme, using gadgets and inventions, self made)

Her ult could just be another summon, as an amateur engineer it only lasts as long as most summons, but again still following her theme. Launch N.O.R.A v2.0: Emily lets loose N.O.R.A aka Non-lethal Overprotective Rescue Automaton. on default, NORA will shield Emily from all sources of damage, Emily can choose to send NORA to a target allied instead. NORA has her own AD, AS, AM, MR, HP etc NORA lasts for 45 seconds (same as Tibbers) or when slain. (new passive works on NORA also, you could give NORA a buff on oil slick, but i leave that up to you)

Don´t let her Q have a delay which can be increased. It feels like a punishement to channel her Q for so long, only to get a longer delay time. Give it a set delay time which doesn´t increase. And care about the actual time she needs to use the spell -> channel and cast time shouldn´t be too long (as I understood it, you could cast it to channel and recast it to use it -> right?).
