About Orphan

Role : Mage / Support

_BASIC INFO : _ _Orphan is mage / support and can be played at MID or Support at bot lane. With her presence in a match she will be feared for her ultimate which will make inflicted targets coward in fear making sure they are isolated from their team. She excels in utility and shutting down targets with high bounties. If your thinking right away kayle you are mistaken lol the picture i found is the closest thing i can find to showcase how she would look, she would be a child a little bit older than annie and despite the angel like appearance she will have a deep dark evil inside her to destroy everything in her path. _

Small Lore _A child abandoned in the heavens from a forbidden courtship among 2 families in the heavens. The punishment was to send the offspring down below the clouds where humanity exists. They named her Orphan upon judgement as the gods seized her upon birth. Driven mad from being casted out of the heavens Orphan took out her rage on the lands below.. _


Passive [Divine calling] Upon death she heals all party members based on missed on missing hp and gives a little bit of mana too. ( 4 min limit per use. ) After death additionally she can hover around in her more angelic form while the her death timer is still going. In this form she cannot attack or do anything but she gives off enough light to act as a walking ward and nothing else. (Can be seen even in fog of war by the enemy.)


Q [Absurd Smile] Orphan simply smiles and her teeth & eyes shine with lightning as she directs lightning strikes in a small AOE zone. If the target has more hp than Orphan, the target will be stunned for 1 sec.

W [Ragnarok] _Orphan shoots a barrage of lasers into the sky after a delay the lasers begin to impact and the attack zone can be moved while moving (Similar to lucians ult. ) _

E [Flock of a feather] _Orphan laughs flapping her wings slowing all movement towards her and increasing all movement away from her in intervals. Each interval spends additional mana. Passively for every 20% hp taken Orphan enrages shooting sharp feathers around dealing AOE dmg. _


R [Absurd Laughter] Orphan laughs marking her Target with DOOM. 20 sec is then counted down above the champion/ Epic monster marked. At 0 sec the DOOM is unleashed upon. Within the 20 sec the target will not will not die by 0 HP but die by its 1/4 HP number instead so a target would die at 25 hp instead of 0 assuming the max hp was 100 hp. When DOOM is unleashed a beam is struck form the sky at great speed reducing the targets hp to 10% hp & slows the victim and cannot instantly die from item 3151 or death fire touch. Upon the struck ground a substantial amount of AOE dmg is also dealt. Any enemy targets dealt by the AOE cannot go below 10% hp as well from the attack itself. Targets inflicted with Doom cannot recall.

NOTES: Absurd laughter can be also used on dragon & baron making long term contests more intense with the fact the epic monster will die at 1/4 hp rather than 0 within the 20 secs of doom. Absurd laughter strategically is used to isolate high damaging or very tanky enemies away since knowingly they will take a crazy amount of DMG and AOE DMG near there own teamates upon given DOOM. DOOM cannot be removed, cleansed, or even be protected from kayle and tarics ult and can even be fired within the fountain where you buy items. If the enemy struck has item 3026 upon doom struck the GA passive will activate instantly.

VISUAL NOTES: Within the timer reaching 5 sec a light will begin to slowly make an appearance very much like lux's ult before it actually fires, additionally a light will reveal the target once the light starts to appear granting vision. When DOOM is struck it will look like garen's ult but much bigger with more dust and smoke particles moving outwards from the impact zone.

Lane phase & team fight interactions

Starting lane phase you ofc would start with item 1056 and 2 hp potions. Orphan is highly mana dependent and excels best in teamfights. To make sure your R kills you can follow up with ignite or W to finish targets. Ragnarok has a huge range but is weak and costs alot of mana. Later on you would build into item 3165 firstly. In team fights its best to stay near the back or middle of the crowd and flap your wings at the right moments to push allies and slow incoming pests. It is smart to try to Ult someone before you know your gonna die because you can stalk them in your angelic form and map out for your team where the target is going.

Synergies well with:

Karthus -_ A well timed R can guarantee a death with Orphans Absurd Laughter. Karthus can score a quad or penta if the enemy is huddled up enough to take the AOE from Absurd laughter. _ Jhin - After Absurd laughter jhin can R in teamfights in certain situations you can easily pick off a triple or quad.

Vladimir With very good timing you can sneak his R with Orphans R.

Playing Against

Orphan has no escapes since flapping her wings stops her movement in general. It is highly advisable to focus her as quickly as possible since if she dies during the middle of a fight her passive will heal her allies keeping them more sustained. Her best item counter is by far item 3026 .
