Summoners Rift Blind Pick Queue

I hope this is the right place to post this. What are the chances that you guys make the Queue like Draft make people choose their positions get rid of the INSTALOCKS. Or the I called before people are joined into the room. This would help with alot of the toxic flaming before games begin.
