Give us a new Quinn skin

Dear Rito, Please hear me out... As a Quinn (and Valor) main, I think it's about time that this Champion got a new skin. I know there are equally, if not more deserving champions; however, I think Quinn needs it just as badly. A quick first idea to hint at is Special Forces Quinn. Now, here is my idea:

Dark Raven Quinn- Dark theme, a full-body, feather cloth suit with a kind of purple tint, Raven-feathered head covering and gauntlets, and possibly a change to the sound it makes when her ultimate is activated. Quinn for this skin should have completely black eyes and Raven-colored hair complementing the dark theme.
