League of Legends Debug Mode??

(First of all sorry for my english).Hello everyone,how y'all doing??S, League of legends has been up for about 8 years now i think and i have to say riot has done a pretty good job with it.They have given the game many features that just make the game unique,but there is one thing they never gave to us.So most of the league of legends players are from 12-25 years old and i am somewhere betwen that.I am a student in college and i study computer science.I love what i do and i've alawys liked to mess around with stuff and change them as i like.So, one day i had this idea of creating my own champion in league.I could easily design it, my drawing and adobe photoshop/animate skills are pretty decent so creating and animmating the champ wouldn't be a prob and I also know C++, so perfect.But to actually test it i needed to open leagu...in debug...yeah.So that's why I'm making this post.Can riot pls give us an option of running the game in debug mode or just give us the required files and we can create something on our own.Why would riot do that?Well we the grown kids can give them a lot of idea on how to improve the game, designing new champs, fixing bugs etc.It would be a huge step forward for the game and we're all ready for it.
