So i saw this and was thinking this would be an awesome New Years or 4th of July Azir Skin. What is Everyones thoughts and how do i give it to riot to possibly make?

Why would they make a skin based on a country's flag in an international game like league. Literally no one outside of the USA would buy this skin, there would be no point in making it.
