Quick Chat for the muted

Could we have a quick chat so what youd do is you hit enter twice and it opens up a bunch of stuff.

"Let's get baron." "Let's get dragon." "Let's go mid." "Could I have blue buff?" etc.

Obvious short examples, but pinging isnt always something i want to do to get my idea across to my teammates. I'm not chat restricted but i have been in the past and i know how frustrating it is to try to communicate with people via pings. Please consider.
