Crunch, The Shape-shifting Rock

Crunch is intended to be played as a top laner that can either build full tank, full damage, or a mixture of both; however, there might some potential for him to be played as a jungler. The all numbers are there just to show what to ability is meant to do and how it scales. I envision Crunch to be of the same size as Renekton in-game, but he is rock which might look a little like Malphite. His auto attacks are from his arm which is the shape of a blade.

Passive: Every third (fourth?) hit by Crunch does bonus physical damage equal to 5/6/7/8(+1% for levels 6, 11, and 16) % of the units max health (max of 200 damage to monsters). Crunch heals 10% of the damage of the auto attack increased by 1% for every 3 % of life Crunch is missing (up to 40%).

Q : Crunch dashes (similar to Shen’s but maybe a bit less range like 500 or 550?) dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+1.0 bonus AD) physical damage and gets a shield equal to 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.5 AP) increased by 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.15 AP) for each Champion hit by the dash. Cooldown: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds

W: Crunch next strike bonus magic damage equal to 40/70/100/130/160 (+0.7 AP). Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds W(alternative): Crunch shields himself gaining 20/30/40/50/60 armor (+0.15 bonus armor) and magic resist (+0.15 bonus magic resist) which lasts for 5 seconds, but upon taking substantial damage (30% max health?), the shield breaks and deals 50/90/130/170/210 (+0.5 AP) magic damage and slows for 50% which gradually decreases over 2.5 seconds to people around Crunch (about the same area as Leona's shield when it bursts). Cooldown: 12 seconds all ranks

E: Crunch thrusts his arm forward and pierces and grabs all units hit (similar to Darius’s grab but more narrow and straight, 500 range?). Deals 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.5 AD) physical damage and slows unit by 40/45/50/55/60% gradually decreasing for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds

R: Crunch slams the ground in front of him and knocks them up similarly to Alistar’s knock up in the range of about 65% Braum’s ultimate (800?). Deals 150/225/300 (+0.8 AD, +0.6 AP) magic damage. Passive also decreases armor based on the level of “R” (5/10/15 Armor decrease) for 3 second and can stack up to three times. Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds

I don't really have much for lore, but it could be some how connected to Malphite's since they are both some what rocks.
