Karthus

I thought it would be really cool if they made a Hazmat (like) skin for Karthus so that when he began ulting you would hear the sirens that signal a nuke is coming and if he scored a kill there would be a mushroom cloud where he killed that person but only if it kills if it doesn't just keep the normal animation much like steel legion Garen. edit: about his other ability's his q could have some greenish effects and his e could have the radioactive symbol on the ground rotating around him and so on not too sure on his w though.
