A Crappy Champion Concept

Hi! This is a champion concept I've been working on for a few weeks, its not finished, but I kinda wanted to get feedback for how it is currently. I apologize if my formatting is off I'm new to it.

A few things that are missing are cooldowns, and damage numbers. Cooldowns because I want to come up with the damage numbers before doing the cooldowns and I need to do research to get an idea of what numbers would be good. The Champion is ideally a roaming midlaner, who would excel at making aggressive plays and would suffer when being on the defensive. She has great teamfight potential if shes allowed time to setup and suffers in skirmishing and hard engage. She is ideally an early mid game champion who would want to win laning phase and snowball through sieges, and or well executed dives. At least that was the playstyle I designed with her in mind, but honestly tell me what you think!

The Fate Weaver Passive Red string of fate: Every 2 minutes/1 minute/30 seconds any champion hit by a skill shot in XXX units around The Fate Weaver, has a chance to be marked by a red string. While marked by a red String you are revealed to the fateweaver and she deals bonus damage based on missing Health. The mark remains to a maximum of 1 minute and can be changed anytime after the cooldown for another champion to be marked is up.

Only 1 champion can be marked, enemies can not be marked more than once in a 2minute period.

Only the fateweaver has vision of a marked target

Q Threads of Fate: A line skillshot that shoots out a needle and string that goes through and deals dmg to all targets along the way to its destination. Targets hit will be pulled towards each other, slowed by 20% and marked with the Woven debuff. If threads of fate hits an enemy champion marked with the Red string debuff it will instantly stop at that target and pull all targets currently on the string(Including the enemy champion) towards the Fate Weaver dealing additional damage.

Friend pointed out this ability was similar to the item puppeteer from bilgewater, shrugs creativity is dead.

Size maybe around Ahri’s Q size.

W Bound to fate: Follow the strands creates an area for 2 seconds after a 2/2/1.5/1/.5 second delay in which all projectiles that come into contact are reflected and or sent towards a target with the woven debuff.

Autoattacks/targeted spells will change target to those affected by the woven debuff, if multiple targets are affected it will deal out damage first to champions, than to minions evenly.

Does not work on towers

E Unwind Fates Knot: all targets with the woven debuff in a area XXX around the fate weaver receive damage based on both proximity to the weaver and the number of targets woven together.(Total number of units with the woven debuff) When used on a target with the red string of fate, that target is counted twice for being woven and a 40% slow is applied to all targets in closest proximity. Towers cannot be weaved.

R Fates Web: Creates a zone for 5 seconds after a 3second delay on either Herself or an enemy champion currently under the debuff woven or Red string of fate, casting on an enemy consumes the debuff, and if red string of fate was consumed it resets her passive marking a new target. If the zone is cast on herself all allies in the zone receive a 100/200/300 shield and all projectiles within the zone and entering the zone are slowed by 40/50/60%. If the zone is cast on an enemy all enemies within the zone are slowed by 10/15/20% and all projectiles entering the zone are sped up by 10/20/30%.

Does not work on towers.

enemies in the zone of the ult are counted as in closest proximity/Are counted as weaved together haven’t decided yet.
