Zac Skin Idea

Zac deserves a new skin and I have some skin ideas. What about Pool Party Zac, Battlecast, or Garbage Zac? Pool party skin can be blue and he can wear some nice swim trunks. Battlecast can be a robot that spits out oil when he uses abilities. Garbage Zac can be brown and look like he just came out of a sewer (if you get my drift ) . It could even compliment garbage Trundle . Can we make these happen? It'd only take color changes and get him a well deserved skin.
