Shop Item Descriptions? (UPVOTE!)

Why hasn't Riot implemented item descriptions on items such like ward skins and summoner icons? For example, an icon description could be > Draven Draven Icon Icon > Released on 4/1/2016 > This icon embodies the spirit > of Draven mains who just want > to celebrate the amazing > champion that is, Draven.

I mean, I use this icon as an example but let's be honest, there's a few icons that I have literally no idea what they are. And of course, a ward skin description could read like >Riggle Ward Released on 12/3/2015 If you've came to love Tristana's trusty sidekick Riggle, then you'll be head over heels for this adorable baby dragon! This cute, yet mighty ferocious ward skin is the perfect accessory to Dragon Trainer Tristana.

So yeah, that's pretty much the gist of this idea. Not only do I think it would make for a better new player experience but I also think it'd give icons and ward skins a bit of the soul that they lack. If nothing else, just giving a release date on icons + ward skins would be amazing. I hate looking through wiki pages for basic information regarding items in the shop.
