Doppelganger Champion

Ok so in my time playing League of Legends I've always liked looking for fan made champion concepts and old concepts made by Riot and recently during my searches I came across Riot's old idea of creating a Doppelganger Champion and I wrote some abilities I thought would fit such a champion and here they are:

Passive

Supernatural - When no enemy has vision of you, your movement speed is increased and gain health a bit faster.

Q

Ectoplasmic Ray - Shoot a ray of energy in target location that can sometimes apply fear at an enemy.

This ability wouldn't do much damage.

W

Vanish - Teleport to a target location in a short range. (I couldn't come with a better name XD)

The distance would be just enough to get from one side of a wall to the other.

E

Cryokinesis/Pyrokinesis - While on Pyro your basic attacks do more damage but your defense are lowered also leaving burn for a short time. When on cryo your defense is higher and basic attacks slows enemies for a short time.

Said effects wouldn't last longer than 2 seconds.

R

Doppelganger - Turn into a champion from your team and or enemy team. Turn back to your base form. However when turned into a champion you can only use said champion's Q,W and E

The champion would be a kind of mix of a Doppelganger and a Phantom. I did some research on Doppelgangers but they dont have much things to go on, since they just have the ability to transform into anyone and can run and heal fast. Thats why I mixed the concept with a Phantom (AKA Ghost).

While the Passive and R, are based on the abilities of a Doppelganger Q, W and E are based on the abilities of a Phantom.

As for the looks, the champ itself could be some creepy human/ghost hybrid maybe with a black cloack.

Anyway its just a fun idea I had hope you guys like the concept.
