Durgon: The banished subjugator.

“There is freedom in captivity, but I require unconditional liberty“ Durgon.

Born in Noxus in one of the lower families, Durgon self-trained, fought and talked his way into being a cruel prison guardian who is only pleasant to his killer dog; Rhul. In the Ionian war he was tasked to bring prisoners in and fight along. The Noxian masters made Singed mutate his trusty dog to a three headed hellhound. Durgon’s personality changed in the war against Noxus, saw the cruelties and was still remembering the mutilation of his pet, so he rebelled against Noxus. Noxus imprisoned him for his actions, he fled cause he knew the prison on the back of his hand, and led a wandering life. After wandering for a long time in Runeterra he got lost. Found and accidentally opened a portal to the void, went inside, wandered for years and got crazy. After numerous hardships he found the exit and realized he has to keep the void beasts in the void. Tasking his life in being the void guardian.

Passive: Leashing Laceration After Durgon manages to land his q, the opponent will be focused for … seconds, 3 consequent autoattacks with Durgon’s whip will get the opponent leashed to his whip, doubling the bleeding damage of his hellhounds. When the gateway to the unknown is active, opponents who are leeched to Durgon’s whip, will get paranoid and drawn to the unknown, in close range they will get sucked slowly in and rapidly lose their hp.

Rhul, vein seeker: Attacks the hellhound do will bleed the opponent, with a max of 6 stacks.

Q: Fleshling whip: Durgon strikes with his whip, when landed, he applies his passive and deal … hp, slowing enemies by 15% for 1.5 seconds.

W: Unleash the Hounds: Durgon unleashes his hellhounds to a fixed location following the opponent in the attack area, the hellhounds will deal 3 swift strikes, applying bleeding per strike, doubling in damage when the opponent is leashed. After the 3 swift strikes, the hounds will return back to Durgon.

E: Savage Mauling: the hellhounds make a small leap, attacking all at once (can be casted after unleashing the hounds, can also be casted when they are at Durgon), will pin down the opponent, applying 3 stacks of bleeding and stun the enemy for 1 second.

R: Gateway to the unknown: Durgon summons a gateway to the void, draining enemies for …. of their hp in close proximity, if an opponent dies, the void will suck them up, closing after …. seconds. if the enemy is leashed, draining will be quicker. After closing, Durgon will heal … % of his max hp per champion sucked in.

This is my champion concept of Durgon, with his ferocious companion Rhul, I've left the numbers open for interpretation. And I would say, I would really love a champion who has a whip as a weapon. BTW the pic I've attached at is just an idea of what the champion is supposed to be like, I cant draw so dont laugh at my paint skills. Hope you all like it
