New Champion Ability Ideas

Idea 1- Have a champion have a passive where upon re-spawn after death they have the choice to get resurrected right where they were killed at with little to no delay.

Idea 2- Have a champion that could copy abilities that are cast around him from other champions either for temporary or maybe even permanent use. He could then use these abilities him self off of the same ability key he copied them with. I think it would be really cool to have a copycat champion as it would provide for different and exciting game-play every game.
