Tier 2 Support Item + Raptor Cloak --> Ohmwrecker

Ohmwrecker has a very low pick rate despite its great stats (Armor, Health, HP5, CDR, & Movement Speed) and seemingly good active.
Zz'Rot Portal is usually simply better (it grants Armor & MR, destroys turrets quickly so you have no need to shut them down, can split push on its own, & generates gold for its owner), turrets are currently weak, and Ohmwrecker's active is useless if a) you aren't around to use it, b) lack the teamwork to use it efficiently, or c) there are no towers to use it on.

So I suggest offering another Tier 3 Support Item path which consists of Tier 2 Support Item + Raptor Cloak and leads to three different items with the Ohmwrecker active. Ohmwrecker would still be situational, but the new items would be good enough for Supports to buy even if the active falls off late into the game (because that Movement Speed is just that glorious for Supports).

Thematically, I thought (Taric's) Crystal Hammer, Shard of True Ice, and Idol of the Serpent would be great fits for the three themes. Taric dropped his hammer at Mt. Targon and he is known to stun stuff (would be a nice reminder of his old kit). Shards of True Ice originate in the Freljord and freeze stuff. And the Idol would represent the stone serpent that poisoned Cassiopeia who petrifies stuff.
