RIOT should show RP and allow RP purchase in champ select.

It's happened several times that I want to purchase a skin in champ select that I don't have - Riot should a) Show how many RP you have during champ select (could be shown at the top of the screen) and b) allow for purchase of RP during champ select (again, could be an option somewhere). I know I would've spent a substantial amount of money in the moment that I simply forget about after the game because .. I'm not playing that character anymore. It would be fun for us and make money for them.
