What about a champion that uses his imagination to fight?

So I was trying to think of a cool champion concept for my next attempt at something. Instead this time I wanted to share the base idea with you folks and see what you thought about it.

The general idea was based on the idea that all madness came from one source, an old person/thing/whatever that was the root of all madness and insanity. Kinda like how the Darkin are all about their wars and such. I was thinking that he/she/it would look rather lanky and thin while actually using his own madness to create real things that damage the enemy. Like him throwing a phantom hound at someone or auto attacking by creating phantom arms or weapons to punch all with their own theme of madness. Right now it's just a base idea.

What are your guys' thoughts on this? Any suggestions or comments?
