Adcs in goofy artist getup, that fire colorful paint.

Jhin is the obvious candidate, give him a smock, colorful painted flowers for traps, fires big exploding paintballs for his ult.

Graves works because his ult would look amazing as a messy blob of paint that explodes and sprays in a cone. Put him in a smock and a barret, maybe his shotgun is a big tube of paint.

Jinx gets more of a vandal treatment with colorful punk clothes and spray cans. Her rockets become satisfyingly splatty paint blobs.

Kalista carries a paintbrush and throws colorful outlines of paintbrushes. The paint particles would really work with her stacks (she starts painting a rainbow on her enemies) and her partner passive.

MF has 2 little paint tubes she squirts at people, Q pops the bubble so it squirts at the second ememy, E rains down little blobs that smear the ground and their color changes over the duration. R is as glorious as you'd expect.
