More active items/ trinkets

I was thinking there's a bunch of items in league that hardly get used, so my thought is, make more trinkets usable items that have more edgey abilities, zhonyas hourglass is a perfect concept of a good trinket, here's some others I've thought of :

Twilight shroud: enters stealth for 3 seconds increasing movement speed by 30% while active.

Titans war hammer: slams ground stunning enemies within 300 units.

Gunk blaster: fires a sticky projectile 800 units rooting in place units on collision.

Doesn't need to give stats so that people have to decide whether to buy a utility item or build more combat stats dealing damage should be an option that way it still compensates for missing stats.
